Haunted Cookie House

Our finished Halloween Spooky Cookie house!!
Almost all ready to decorate. Just waiting for it to finish drying.

Just stood it up! And it didn't fall apart....YAY!!

Janae reading the directions...learning how to do it the right way! She was so funny watching her try and help do the house. She was also interested in going potty that night so she did that probably 100 times because it was the night that we started potty training. So she was running back and forth between me at the table, her little potty, and the tv because we had to have on a cartoon!! (of course) I definitely recommend this. Lots of fun for kids to do!!

Carving Pumpkins 2008

Behrend Family Pumpkins...minus the one Janae colored on because well we forgot to bring it outside.
~*CHEESE*~

Decorating my own little pumkin...the one that I like to literally throw around the house.

Pumpkin is empty, time to stand in it!

Scooping out the guts!! Janae actually helped get the guts out and sort out all the seeds!!

Daddy and Janae cutting the top off of Janae's big pumpkin. OK so daddy is doing the cutting and Janae is standing there saying cheese for yet another picture.

Potty Training!!

Everyone gets chance at our house...it's now Barbie's turn. Pudgy, Pinky, and Purple Cow have all went too!
Miss Independence "Can do it herself!"

This has definitely been one of the funniest adventures in our Journey's of being parents "New Parents." Janae has been doing really well and has been sleeping at nap and night time with no accidents for one full week now. She still has some accidents during the day because she gets so busy playing but after all we are just starting so that is bound to happen.

Day 4 - Hershey and a Harley Dealer in State College, PA

That's the Dealership we stopped at (and our rental car) Janae thinking about how she wants to run and not get back in that rental car.
Hmm...there's that cutie again!

This place was HUGE!!
My cute Hubby....at his next love a Harley Dealership. Putting them on the conveyor belt to be packaged. (Yes we bought the one that Janae filled.)

Man this is a pretty hard job filling these gears with Hershey's kisses.Still working.

Does everyone like chocolate...Janae's answer clearly shows!!! Getting ready for the Biggest 3D Movie

Day 3 - Adventure Aquarium, NJ and Historical Sites of Philadelphia

Daddy and Janae stopping for a picture.
This is Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse where we at supper that night.
This is outside of Betsy Ross' house
Ben Franklin's Grave
Daddy and Janae riding the carousel in Franklin Square...this time she is on Smarty Jones!

Janae pushing her car, tired of riding in it I guess.
This was a beautiful Memorial set up in a park behind Independence Hall for all the soldiers that died there in that very park during one of the earlier wars. There is an eternal flame that burns for them. It was seriously a very cool experience learning all this history. I wish we would have had one more day to do all this stuff because there was so much we didn't get to see.
First Bank of Philadelphia - or something like that...it is a bank i do remember that part.

Vacation Day 2 - Crayola at Two Rivers Landing

So much fun...still enjoying the horsey.
LOVIN the Pony ride! She would ride a horse (real or fake) all day if she could.
Riding the Carosel in Franklin Square. It was such a beautiful park and just wonderfully set up for children of all ages.
Sleeping in the car on the way back to the hotel. Staring at the fountain.

Sitting with Mommy...we had our feet in the fountain while Daddy went and bought our hot dogs at the vendor in the park.

This is our carriage ride that Janae just LOVED because there was a horse involved.
